Fucking customers...

So I have this customer who keeps phoning me telling me how "disgusting" my place of employment is. Apparently it is my fault that a customer did not send me paperwork that they needed too. They also didn't fill out any of their paperwork properly or submit anything... What the hell is wrong with people? How is it my fault that some dumb broad didn't do what she is supposed to? And how is that disgusting? Also she says that this is something she would never expect from Canada, but she would from other places that she won't mention. What the fuck does that mean? It's not like the whole country has ganged up on her for not doing something that was her responsibility... I mean seriously... People are so dumb.
